The Campbell Table

This piece was designed by the customers and myself. They came and picked out the wood for the top, two gluelams 16 and 1/2 inches wide, 6 inches thick, 50 inches long, That had been sitting in my barn for the last 20 years. There are over 80 dowels holding this piece together. Once it was built i took the torch and burned it, then sanded and burned and sanded again to get the black finish. It weighs over 200 pounds and is quite a sight in their living room.
